About PU & Primer making machine

This highly efficient machine is specifically designed for the production of PU (Polyurethane) coatings and primers, as well as other viscous or semi-viscous liquid formulations. It is widely used in industries such as paints, coatings, chemicals, and allied sectors.

The processing vessel is constructed from Stainless Steel (SS), Mild Steel (MS), or other suitable materials as per application requirements. For temperature-sensitive formulations, the vessel is jacketed with a shell and includes inlet-outlet connections for effective cooling during processing.

A bottom-fitted ball valve ensures precise and timely discharge of the batch. Additionally, the machine features a tilting-type system for fast, complete material discharge, eliminating the risk of ungrounded pigments settling in the vessel.

The machines specially designed agitator shaft, made from SS 304/316, is fitted with replaceable HCHC/HSS arms crafted from special steel. This robust configuration ensures efficient, uniform grinding and dispersion, producing fine and consistent batches of PU and primer formulations.
